Dear Mr. Brown,

I am writing this letter to express my disappointment about the pour service, staff and food that I received from one of the restaurant which was included in your coupon  .

First of all, when I entered in the restaurant nobody attend me. There were no staff at the door. Finally, a waiter offered me a table, but it was so dirty.

Although the restaurant seems to have a good menu, they did not have all the ingredients to cook the food.

I would like you to think about my experience to improve your services.

I saw a video of TED talks by Ric Elias: three things I learned while my plane crashed. That man explains the 3 thoughts he has when he was in a plane going falling down.
The first thing was all change in instant, from that moment, he never waited to do something, he start to life day by day.
 The second thing he thought that day was that he want to be happy, since that day he has not had a fight with her wife.
And the last thing that he change in his life is to be the best father for his children ever.

WRITING 3: OPINION ESSAY

Nowadays, the ordinary salary it’s not too high, for this reason in my opinion you never know when will need some extra money.

First, many people aren’t aware of how dangerous it can be no keep money for the future. On my point of view, it isn’t necessary to buy useless things and objects every day, it’s better to save it for and emergency, however, that doesn’t mean you can’t spend some of this money for an extraordinary thing you want. For example, don’t use the money that is used for the home things to buy the new mobile phone.

Secondly, every day the public prices are increasing little by little, like the IVA, for example, and nobody ensures that you’ll have enough money to “survive” the routine days.

In short, you shouldn’t abuse of the concept karpe diem as life is full of surprises.

WRITING 2- NEWS REPORT

Last Thursday, 8^th October, official language school Banyoles celebrated its 10^th Birthday at 6:00pm in Auditorium l’Ateneu Banyoles.

This public school was inaugurated in September 2005. Now it has 5 English levels and 4 teachers, plus, 3 French levels and 2 teachers. Moreover, this course OLS is filled up as 400 students are learning languages. There from Monday to Friday every evening from 16:00 to 21:00.

The event started with a talk by Annie Gili, the principal of school. She manifested positive evaluations; in addition, she said that at first, the school was a challenge, but luckily the “ran the risk”.

Albert Bayot, the director of the Educational department in Giriona, was emphasized on new projects and really would like to introduce other languages in the future.

Thirdly Miquel Noguer, the mayor of the town, congratulated the school and encouraged the teacher to progress, little by little, every year.

Finally the session closed with a very interesting speech by Sebastià Serrano, linguist and communication expert professor UB, entitled “Comunication in the third millennium”.

How are things? Hope all is going well. Fistly, thank you for the invitation, yesterdeay when I received your e-mail I was very glad. I know that we haven't seen each other for ages!! But I'm really, really sorry, I can't accept your purposal. These days I have plenty of exams and much work. However I have just remembered that on saturday my cousin is going to get married, i'ts not n excuse but I need to be there. If you want, we can change the dates. We will meet in January. What do you think? I hope we can find a weekend soon.
